Olukemi Akinbusuyi

Olukemi Akinbusuyi is Licensed Professional Counselor and coach approved to practice in the state of Ohio, Minnesota, and Arizona., focused on diasporic healing, African-centered psychology, and culturally rooted wellness for people of African descent. Her work supports immigrants, first-generation individuals, Black professionals, families, and diasporic communities as they navigate identity, intergenerational trauma, emotional wellness, family systems, faith, migration, and cultural survival. Blending clinical counseling, coaching, storytelling, somatic awareness, and African-centered perspectives, Olukemi creates spaces where healing is connected to history, culture, community, body, spirit, and lived experience. Her mission is to help diasporic people move beyond survival toward restoration, self-understanding, resilience, and purposeful living.
